Summary:In the course of research, the problem of modeling treatment facilities consisting of a physico-chemical treatment building, underground utilities and biological ponds using BIM design technologies has been solved. To solve this problem, a model of an industrial building has been developed with the placement of technological equipment and engineering communications in it, namely the supply and exhaust ventilation system in the Autodesk Revit software package. Several variants of the physical and chemical cleaning building projects were worked out, analyzed and compared, and, as a result, a decision was made to accept the only given option for design and construction using the Autodesk InfraWorks software package for further work. A model of the treatment plant site was built when the maximum water level in the river was raised in case of a possible emergency or during the snow-clearing period in the Zulu software package.
