Summary:Sustainable environmental protection is one of the important topics today. How to comply with green environmental product materials, energy saving, carbon reduction, recycling, and reuse also reduces the burden on the environment. In this study, an effective solution is proposed for recycling coffee grounds, which is used in the design of fragrant appliances. The method is to add it as auxiliary material, clay and coffee grounds, to produce ceramic materials with pore characteristics. For the composition of coffee grounds mixed with clay of 10% to 50%, sintering tests are carried out for the same module with an interval of 5%, and then the phase composition of ceramic materials obtained after burning at 800 and 1200°C is tested. The physical properties of structural features and technical characteristics were studied in the application of clay samples to develop fragrant appliance products.
