Summary:To create a system Tyumen Industrial University developed a new safety control technology and methodological support using the apparatus of neural network technologies, machine learning and graph models, which allow assessing the indicators of the technical condition, reliability and safety of objects of the oil and gas storage system. As an example, the methodological aspects of monitoring during the operation of power-mechanical equipment of oil pipelines are considered. The use of the developed expert systems allows predictive control of man-made events and increases reliability, timely preventing possible undesirable events.
