Description
Summary:The study aims to discuss the repair of Achilles tendon rupture and its complications caused by sports, and promote the development of polymer composite materials in the field of clinical medicine. Combined with drug load and animal experiments, the repair of Achilles tendon rupture and injury was studied. First, the composite fiber material was prepared by combining the preparation process of near-field spinning and coaxial spinning fiber and orthogonal design test, and its biomechanical properties were analyzed and characterized. Second, the heparin sodium with low molecular weight was selected as the loading drug for heat setting of the composite drug-loaded fiber material. Moreover, combined with the orthogonal test design, the biomechanical properties and drug release were analyzed and characterized. Finally, the blood compatibility of composite drug-loaded fiber suture and the change of mechanical strength of Achilles tendon injury recovery were analyzed through the design of animal experiments. The results showed that PP6 composite fiber material showed the best comprehensive biomechanical properties, so it was used in the follow-up study of drug loading. PR6 group showed the best comprehensive biomechanical properties after heat setting treatment. The average release level of heparin sodium was between 67.6% and 88.6%, and the drug was fully released and efficiently utilized. To sum up, the composite drug-loaded fiber suture has obvious resistance to platelet adhesion, can effectively improve the anticoagulant performance, and the mechanical strength of Achilles tendon has been improved with the passage of time. It can be seen that the composite drug-loaded fiber suture has great potential in improving the healing and recovery of Achilles tendon.
