Summary:On November 19, 2021, the first virtual meeting of the International Society for Fertility Preservation (ISFP) took place. Eight experts in the field of reproductive medicine presented important updates on their research in the field of fertility preservation and reproductive surgery for absolute uterine factor infertility. Presentations included talks on ovarian stem cell therapy for premature ovarian insufficiency, practical aspects of oocyte vitrification, ovarian stimulation for patients with breast cancer, in vitro maturation of oocytes at the time of ovarian tissue harvesting, male fertility preservation, and uterine transplantation.
