Pulmonary infarction in acute pulmonary embolism: reversed halo sign
CT pulmonary angiography ( figure 1 ) demonstrated thrombus in right main pulmonary artery branches with features of 'reversed halo sign' (RHS) in the wedge-shaped opacity confirming the diagnosis of distal pulmonary infarction.
