Summary:Six months ago, Pitch did not exist. What we did have instead was the Agency Reputation Survey, conducted by YouGov last summer, which was revived following a hiatus of five years. The results presented an interesting insight into how marketers view the world of advertising communications, giving Centaur the idea of launching a platform that will connect brand owners directly with agencies and their work. Hence the launch of Pitch on 22 March this year. Six months on, we are launching Pitch Digital, which will showcase the world of digital advertising. Adland is in the midst of radical change, and spearheading that change is non-traditional marketing. Clients want more for the same money and that often means integrated solutions at the heart of any campaign. Digital is more important than ever.
