Summary: | The new-to-market drop-in hybrid rear-wheel drive unit is the first volume production application of a P3, two-speed architecture in a drive axle. Dana engineers have developed metallic bipolar plate technology to reduce the cost, complexity and performance barriers associated with the production of fuel cell stacks. To help medium- and heavy-duty truck customers reach electrification targets rapidly, Dana developed an e-Propulsion and e-Power system that incorporates clean technologies to get a vehicle maker electrified and onto the market in 18 months instead of a more typical 30 to 36 months. |
