Summary:	Recent developments in Congressional legislation involving security are discussed. A bill introduced by Representative Bud Shuster that would tighten airport security and allow law enforcement to prosecute suspected terrorists under federal racketeering laws has been approved by the House. A bill introduced by Edward Royce that would make stalking a federal crime has been approved by the House and Senate. An amendment that would impose tougher penalties for computer security crimes has been included in the industrial espionage bill that has passed the House and Senate.
