Antitrust laws forbid unreasonable restraints of trade so you are home safe if your actions can be shown to be reasonable. 6. If you avoid price-fixing, you will not have a problem. 7. You will be all right as long as you do not commit a per se antitrust violation. 8. If no agreement exists, you cannot violate antitrust laws. 9. If you state legislature or public utilities commission says you can do something, you can ignore what antitrust laws say. 10. If the substance of what you are doing is legal, you do not have to worry about how it looks.
