Arlene Rodriguez, senior advisor for academic affairs and student success in the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, has been named vice president for academic and student affairs at Cape Cod Community College. Yolanda Edmond, assistant superintendent of human resources at Katy Independent School District, has been named senior associate vice president for human resources at Texas Southern University. Geeta Swamy, senior associate dean for regulatory oversight and research initiatives in clinical research and associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Duke University, has been named vice dean and associate vice provost for scientific integrity for the School of Medicine.
