Summary:What has been your proudest achievement in PR? Being appointed head of PR at Confused.com at the age of 26. I'd always aspired to run my own PR department and to do so at such a young age was a dream come true. It's also allowed me to create my own in-house PR team, removing Confused.com's reliance on an external PR agency for the first time in years. What has been your proudest achievement in PR? Building [Edelman Davies]'s Enterprise Technology subpractice, growing our portfolio of technology brands and working with people who make brilliant work happen. I'm a technology geek, so working on Microsoft UK Cloud PR has been a highlight, as has winning an award for 'The Rise of the Humans' content marketing campaign. I've been honoured with a global 'Q Award', Edelman's most prestigious award for quality client servicing. How do you expect PR to change over the next 10 to 15 years? The skills used in PR today will remain relevant and important, though the way these skills are deployed will change. I don't expect PR to be such a distinct discipline in 10 years' time; a 'holistic' marketing approach will be the norm, with PR work being integrated into a single service that combines many different modes of stakeholder engagement. Clients will however always value sector and geographic expertise, so I expect agencies will continue to arrange themselves based on specialism.
