UV Curing with Lasers

Summary: | Figure 4 presents the FTIR spectra of the adhesive formulation F-01 (without photoinitiator), which was irradiated in the presence of oxygen with different laser pulse amounts. Results reveal the decrease of the absorption peak at 910 cm-1, corresponding to the S-1205 and C-500 vinyl groups (-CH=CH2) as photocrosslinking proceeds by increasing the number of laser pulses. The peak completely disappeared when the sample was irradiated with 100 laser pulses. |
