Summary:	The American Bankers Association and the "ABA Banking Journal" will conduct fraud control idea exchanges at the ABA's Western and Eastern Bank Card conferences and the journal will publish a summary of the best ideas in an article. Some sample ideas include: 1) mailing cards early in the day and never on Fridays to ensure delivery before the weekend; 2) requesting immediate reporting of lost or stolen cards; and 3) varying big ticket authorization procedures.
