Alabama policy requires fingerprint scan for prison visitors

The new policy has drawn some criticism, particularly from David Fathi, director of the American Civil Liberties Union's National Prison Project, who says that the new policy is "extreme" and will provide an extra barrier for those wanting to visit someone in prison.
