An invariant plane method for estimating systematic elevation-angle errors of measurements

For passive angle-measuring systems, an algorithmic method for estimating systematic elevation-angle measurement errors is developed with the use of a complete set of invariants of the planar motion of an object. An illustrative example is presented.
