Summary:Leiomyosarcoma of the scrotum is a rare tumor. We report the case of a 60-year-old man who presented with bilateral testicular enlargement that was clinically misdiagnosed as a testicular tumor. The tumor was excised by bilateral inguinal orchiectomy. Histopathologic examination revealed a scrotal wall leiomyosarcoma with bilateral epididymo-orchitis.
