Influence of oil base stock on corrosion-mechanical breakdown of metals

The results reported in this article were obtained in a study of the behavior of oil base stocks at metal/oil/air and metal/electrolyte/oil/air interfaces and the influence of the oil base stocks on the corrosion-mechanical breakdown of metals.
