Efficient Catalytic Synthesis of Tertiary and Secondary Amines from Alcohols and Urea

Urea as a nitrogen source: The supported ruthenium hydroxide, Ru(OH)x/TiO2, acts as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the title reaction. The retrieved catalyst after the reaction could be reused without a significant loss of its catalytic performance.
