Summary: | Lichen planus is a pruritic inflammatory dermatosis of unknown origin. An increased prevalence of a wide range of liver disease in lichen planus has been observed by many authors. Most recently, many reports appeared of the occurrence of lichen planus after administration of different types of hepatitis B vaccines.
