Summary:This report outlines the pathologic findings of epithelioid angiomatous nodule and spindle cell hemangiomatosis and briefly discusses the list of differential diagnoses. Although prevalent in the skin, both the above acquired vascular lesions are rarely described in the oral cavity. It should be realized that their microscopic features often raise concern for malignancy.
