Chemical composition of Aeollanthus pubescens Benth. Essential oils from Togo

Steam-distilled essential oils from leaves and inflorescences of Aeollanthus pubescens Benth. harvested in seven localities of Togo were isolated and analysed by GC and GC-MS. Five oil chemotypes were identified, with thymol, carvacrol, thymyle acetate, and D-fenchone being the major constituents.
