In these devices, ZnO nanorods are employed as semiconducting channels. They control metal/oxide semiconductor junction characteristics, to yield either good ohmic or Schottky contacts, ensuring fabrication of high‐performance Schottky diodes and metal‐semiconductor field‐effect transistors. |
