Summary:The data about influence of the complex inorganic molecules K 4 [Ru 2 Cl 10 O] on dielectric properties and the transition point of KH 2 PO 4 (KDP) crystal are obtained. It is revealed that the selective penetration of the dopant into prismatic {010} sectors results in a remarkable suppressing of the domain contribution in dielectric constant of these sectors whereas dielectric properties of pyramidal {101} sectors are identical to the pure crystal. The measurements near transition point reveal that the maximal value of ϵ c shifts by 0.36 K to lower temperatures in doped sectors.
