Summary:Lwarcel Celulose e Papel, having completed the first phase of an expansion and modernization project started in 2000, will now start the second phase of the project in 2003. Considered a small to medium-sized pulp mill, Lwarcel has increased its share of the Brazilian market since its founding in 1986.
