A 1V CMOS switched-opamp switched-capacitor pseudo-2-path filter
Switched-opamp (SO) techniques were explored to operate switched-capacitor (SO) circuits in 1 voltage supply without on-chip voltage multipliers. Two components, an operational amplifier (opamp) with 69dB low-frequency gain with 45 degree phase margin and 7MHz unity-gain frequency, and a switched ca...

Summary: | Switched-opamp (SO) techniques were explored to operate switched-capacitor (SO) circuits in 1 voltage supply without on-chip voltage multipliers. Two components, an operational amplifier (opamp) with 69dB low-frequency gain with 45 degree phase margin and 7MHz unity-gain frequency, and a switched capacitor (SC) filter with 1.7kHz bandwidth and 1dB passband gain were achieved. The opamp was designed using complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. |
