Written by Terri Link, MPH, BSN, CNOR, CIC, CAIP, FAPIC, product manager of Guideline Implementation tools at AORN, this series is designed to help clinicians understand the new AORN guideline recommendation levels (ie, regulatory requirement, recommendation, conditional recommendation, no recommendation) and to guide them, using realistic scenarios, in the process of evaluating and determining how to apply the guidelines based on their facility's circumstances and the patient populations being served. |
