A. DAVID ROSSIN has served as U.S. Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Energy (1986-87); Director of the Nuclear Safety Analysis Center at EPRI (1981-86), and President of the American Nuclear Society (1992-93). An independent consultant on nuclear power safety, energy policy and non-proliferation, he is an Affiliated Scholar at the Center for International Security and Arms Control at Stanford University.
