Inflammatory parameters associated with systemic reactogenicity following vaccination with adjuvanted hepatitis B vaccines in humans

Highlights•Reactogenicity and inflammatory markers evaluated after HBsAg-adjuvanted vaccines. •Significant associations between systemic symptoms and IL-6 and IFN signals revealed. •Similar inflammatory signals were shown to be associated with the adaptive response.
