They have come to accept that the results of all this technological wizardry - that is, the numbers spewed out by their software - are both relevant and correct. The biggest problem with the incredibly powerful tools planners employ is that these tools have allowed planners to form an intimate relationship with their clients' data, when what they need to do is form an intimate relationship with their clients. |
