Protective immunity against Megalocytivirus infection in rock bream ( Oplegnathus fasciatus ) following CpG ODN administration

Highlights • Treatment with CpG ODN 1668 before virus infection offered significantly higher protection. • CpG ODN 1668 provided significant protection for 450 days. • There has been no report on the treatment of rock bream iridovirus by immunochemotherapy.
