MUNIX: reproducibility and clinical correlations in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Highlights • MUNIX showed greater test-retest variability in ALS patients than healthy controls. • MUNIX detected denervation cross-sectionally in ALS patients. • Decrease of MUNIX probably occurs in ALS at an earlier stage than decrease in CMAP and muscle strength.
