Genetic diversity of flax crop (Linum usitatissimum L.) on glycan-protein composition of seedcoat’s mucilage

Flax seed coat’s mucilage plays an adaptive role and is used as raw materials in the processing industry. Ultrasound extraction was used to obtain mucilage consisting mainly of glycans (90%) and proteins (more than 3%). Polymorphism on the qualitative and qualitative composition of glycans in the te...

Description
Summary:Flax seed coat’s mucilage plays an adaptive role and is used as raw materials in the processing industry. Ultrasound extraction was used to obtain mucilage consisting mainly of glycans (90%) and proteins (more than 3%). Polymorphism on the qualitative and qualitative composition of glycans in the ten studied oil and fiber flax cultivars was significant.
