Summary: | The existence of an anomalous connection between any of the cardiac chambers and a major coronary artery is the characteristic feature of coronary cameral fistula. This is a case of an 8-year-old child with a congenital coronary cameral fistula from the left circumflex to the right atrium. The fistula was surgically ligated. The postoperative course was uneventful with a good outcome. |
