Summary: | The problem of synthesizing a smart factory control system that ensures the safe functioning of the objects of the internal infrastructure of the cyber-physical environment is considered. The control system is organized from four subsystems (technical, technological, social and economic), the interaction between which is carried out by artificial intelligence with the resources of computing facilities deployed in virtual space. An independent element of the control system is defined as an ergatic element (production operator), which has a direct impact on technological processes and equipment settings. The safety of a smart factory is made dependent on the actions of the operator (the human factor), controlled and corrected by artificial intelligence. The scheme of the control system relevant for practical application in the cyber-physical environment of the smart factory of Industry 4.0 is given. |
