Description
Summary:Microwave imaging (MI) techniques have been used for early detection of breast cancer that affects most women as an alternative to X-rays. Therefore, the location and size of the breast tumor must be precisely determined in its advanced stages. An antenna has been designed in the form of multi ring (Fractal antenna) ultra-wide band, and after simulating it, it was designed in the form of an array consisting of fourteen antennas around the breast and this array works at frequencies between (3.439-4.932) GHz and (5.334-6.311) GHz and (6.763 to over 12) GHz at S11 less than - 10dB. It has a resonant frequency of 8.571 GHz at a return loss of -56.855 dB and a SAR value of 1.4 W / kg. This antenna, circular array of antennas and breast phantom are stimulated by CST program 2014.
