Description
Summary:With in the framework of an experimental study, the main characteristics of the combustion of a fuel mixture consisting of brown coal and sewage sludge were determined at a heating rate of 20 K/min. The thermal engineering and elemental analyzes of the solid fuels were carried out. Based on the results of thermogravimetric analysis, the ignition and burnout temperatures, the maximum rate of reaction, and the maximum intensity of the heat flux were found, the values of endothermic and exothermic effects were determined, and the combustion indices were calculated for both individual fuels and fuel mixtures. An analysis of interactions between the components of the mixture in the course of combustion was carried out.
