Summary:ANA-type zeolites were successfully prepared using  N,N -dimethylaniline as an organic template. The obtained zeolites were then characterized using XRD, FTIR, TG, and BET. At 85 °C, high crystallized samples were post-treated in fluoride media with NH 4 F. Fluoride-treated materials are characterized using XRD and BET to confirm their crystallinity and porosity changes, and MeOH adsorption to verify their surface acidities. Results indicate that  N,N -dimethylaniline is an excellent organic structure-directing agent and post-fluorination treatment has developed a new additional mesoporosity and high acidity.
