| Summary: | All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the organizers and the proceedings editors in The 4th ICoBio 2021 Committee. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. The procedures are follow the dates as below: 1. Full paper submission due date: 19 July 2021 2. Full paper peer review (1st round): 19 July – 13 August 2021 3. Author full paper revision (1st round): 15-25 August 2021 4. Full paper peer review (2nd Round): 26 August - 10 September 2021 5. Author full paper revision (2nd Round): 11 – 19 September 2021 6. Final confirmation and check by reviewer and editors for some special case (3nd Round): 20-27 September 2021 7. Final revision by author (3nd Round): 28 September-4 October 2021 8. Proof read for author corrections and confirmations: 12-15 October 2021 The proceedings Editors asked the authors to submit not only the full papers but also Publication Ethic Statement. The publication ethic statement covers some issues related to publications, including: Originality and Plagiarism, Fabrication and Falsification, Multiple, Redundant or concurrent publication, Authorship of the paper, Hazard or Human or Animals Subjects, Conflict of Interests, English Proofread. The Publication Ethic Statement was signed and dated by the Corresponding Authors upon full paper submission. The proceedings Editors received a total of 124 submitted full papers.
