Contradiction of one-dimensional magnetism in InCuPO5 from MAS-NMR experiments

Description
Summary:We report the bulk and magic angle spinning (MAS) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) properties of InCuPO5. The temperature dependence of the spin susceptibility evaluated from the MAS-NMR data confirmed the upturn at low temperature of the bulk magnetic susceptibility (χ) vs. T data is intrinsic from the sample which is contradictory from the earlier published paper [Mater. Res. Express 4 076103 (2017)]. Due to this, the claim for the one-dimensional magnetic behavior by the earlier report is also incorrect. This is a manifestation of the strength of MAS-NMR experiments as a local probe to extract magnetic information about a system over the bulk probes.
