Summary: | Powders of composite materials based on Mo–Ti–Zr–C and Mo–Hf–C systems are prepared by a mechanical alloying method. Evolution of the grain size composition of powders based on the Mo–Ti–Zr–C and Mo–Hf–C systems is considered at various stages of mechanical alloying. Alloying element distribution and microstructure of composite powders based on the Mo–Ti–Zr–C and Mo–Hf–C systems are investigated. The contents of oxygen and zirconium that appeared in the powders during mechanical alloying are determined. |
