Description
Summary:The paper presents the results of studies on the use of Raman spectroscopy for analysis cortical bone tissue in modelling bone resorption in microgravity environment. The introduced criteria allow evaluating the intensity of hydroxyapatite lines and organic components of bone tissue and differentiate the samples on the basis of influence of the dose of glucocorticoids and single dose of hydroxyapatite for treating bone resorption. It was shown that a single dose of hydroxyapatite causes increase of relative intensity of the line of 960 hydroxyapatite, 1660 amide I , 856 proline and 878 cm-1hydroxyproline. The daily dose of 40 mg/kg of glucocorticoids increases the relative intensity of the lines of 856, 878, 1000 and 1031 (phenylalanine), 1067 and 1660 cm−1.
