Description
Summary:— The properties of carbon and fluorocarbon coatings obtained by means of a low-frequency plasma torch under atmospheric pressure are studied in this work. The technological parameters for the deposition of coatings are determined, and the properties of these coatings are comparatively analyzed. The wetting angles of carbon and fluorocarbon coatings are studied on a horizontal microscope equipped with a goniometric installation. The chemical composition of the coatings is found via X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
