Description
Summary:This is a provocative article about the nature of the contributions which Canadian and other scholars have made to the public administration field worldwide. It deserves to be widely read and discussed as the study of Canadian public administration moves forward. The thesis - that Canada is a neglected topic and, relatedly, to suggest that Canadian scholars of public administration have been punching below their weight internationally when compared to scholars in other smaller countries - demands careful evaluation and a reply. Are we really doing this poorly? Can we do better?
