Description
Summary:Coronary artery disease, diabetes, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, pericarditis, moderate or severe valve disease, atrial fibrillation, typical left bundle block or right bundle block on the ECG, patients whose poor quality imaging prevented analysis, cannot perform Valsalva maneuver, and diastolic function cannot be classified. Grading of diastolic functions was carried out according to Redfield et al.Results The 32 patients who had fQRS on their ECGs [fQRS (+) group] and were suitable for the study criteria were compared with 32 age- and gender-matched patients who did not have fQRS on their ECGs [fQRS (-) group] according to the demographic data and the transmitral Doppler and mitral annular tissue Doppler echocardiographic findings.
