Summary: | Introduction: Although most lithiasis in the common bile duct is spontaneously expelled within 48 hours of the onset of acute pancreatitis, there is a possibility that the patient may present lithiasis in the bile duct at the time of cholecystectomy. Discussion: Many authors talk about the need to perform intraoperative coangiografia during cholecystectomy. 6.4% of common bile duct stones was found in IOC cholecystectomy after acute pancreatitis. |
