Summary:Type and quality of effort performed by students is determined by complexity of the subject, complexity of topics, and the ability to work of the student. Physical education involves both physical and mental effort, directed towards getting tonic and trophic muscular system and improve the lives of the relationship. Therefore physical education classes are the first formal step to maintain the health and anatomical and functional argument. The paper describes the current status and to find the opportunity to apply new findings in the field in practice and whether the major targets are fulfilled by physical education.
