Summary: | Background Uninterrupted warfarin with intra-procedural heparin is a commonly used anticoagulation strategy during atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation to decrease thromboembolic risk. Conclusions The results of our study suggest that uninterrupted NOAC and warfarin use with intra-procedural heparin use for AF ablation have low and similar risk for TE and major bleeding. |
