TACC3 promotes epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) through the activation of PI3K/Akt and ERK signaling pathways

Highlights ► TACC3 has an ability to regulate cell proliferation, migration, invasion and transformation. ► Overexpression of TACC3 promotes EMT, at least in part, through the up-regulation of PI3K/Akt and ERK signaling pathways. ► Depletion of TACC3 reverses EMT.
