Seasonal (Bet v 1) And Perennial (Der p 1, Der p 2) Allergens Elicit Distinct CD4+ T Cell Responses

MHC-class II peptide tetramers were developed to monitor CD4+ T cell responses against Bet v 1, Der p 1, Der p 2 allergens in 30 allergic and 20 non allergic individuals with either an HLA-DRB1[low *]0101, [low *]0301, [low *]0401, [low *]1501 or HLA-DPB1[low *]0401 background.
